Description

– Wall-hung ceramic urinal in black with integrated radar flushing unit
– Bluetooth module: Parameter setting via Sanela Control app or remote control SLD 04 without disassembly
– Flushing only when actually used – reacts to liquid flow (thermal detection)
– Adjustable flushing time: 0.5–15.5 sec.
– Automatic hygienic flush after 6 hours of non-use
– Water inlet G 1/2", outlet Ø 50 mm
– Recommended installation height front edge: 650 mm above floor
– Operating voltage: 6V (batteries included)
– Scope of delivery: Urinal, Bluetooth module, solenoid valve, connection hose, angle valve with filter and check valve, siphon, mounting set, dimension sheet

What warranty periods are granted?

In the event of damage or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period, we will carefully examine the issue and, if the claim is justified, promptly arrange for a product replacement. Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the item.

Generally, wear parts (such as soap pumps or cartridges) are excluded from the warranty.

For prompt processing of your request, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly. Please have the exact product name and, if possible, the corresponding invoice or delivery note number ready.

Are you not satisfied with the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Please note that spare parts and consumables such as changing mats are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.

How fast is shipping?

Your order is important to us. Many of our products are available directly from our warehouse in Fällanden and will be ready for shipping within 1-2 working days.
