World's most powerful father enshrines access to changing tables in law

Barack Obama recently signed the Bathrooms Accessible in Every Situation Act , popularly known as the BABIES Act. In short, it requires that all government-owned buildings, such as courthouses and post offices, provide a changing table accessible to both women and men. If a changing table is located in the women's restroom, one must also be installed in the men's restroom. Besides equality and the involvement of both parents, hygiene is a key argument.
