The plastic base insert is removable, and the nylon brush can be easily detached from the handle and reordered separately as a spare part. Some models also feature a reservoir system, which prevents the brush from standing in stagnant water and causing splashes during use.

Armatron's square and round stainless steel brush sets are available in brushed stainless steel, matte black, matte white, anthracite, brass (gold), and copper – made from V4A stainless steel (AISI 316), which is particularly corrosion-resistant.
