Description

For wall mounting with wall brackets
made of stainless steel mat. 1.4301, material thickness 1.5 mm,
folded and welded construction,
consisting of:
1 basin with all-round rim 45mm and downward fold 40mm
Basin bottom with integrated slope to the central drain,
1 sludge trap container made of stainless steel
screwed on and sealed to the basin
with removable sieve bucket as sludge trap,
with integrated odor trap,
horizontal outlet DN 50 to the right
(other outlet direction possible on request and please specify when ordering!)
at the bottom of the sludge trap container with a ball valve for cleaning purposes
2 stable U-profile wall brackets made of 2mm thick stainless steel

What warranty periods are granted?

In the event of damage or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period, we will carefully examine the issue and, if the claim is justified, promptly arrange for a product replacement. Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the item.

Generally, wear parts (such as soap pumps or cartridges) are excluded from the warranty.

For prompt processing of your request, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly. Please have the exact product name and, if possible, the corresponding invoice or delivery note number ready.

Are you not satisfied with the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Please note that spare parts and consumables such as changing mats are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.

How fast is shipping?

Your order is important to us. Many of our products are available directly from our warehouse in Fällanden and will be ready for shipping within 1-2 working days. After dispatch by our logistics partners, delivery usually reaches you within 1-2 working days. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and any delays.
