The Mediclinics Machflow Plus M09is a high-speed hand dryer made of AISI 304 stainless steel, drying time 10–15 seconds, HEPA filter as standard – compact, very robust, for high-traffic facilities.

Advantages

  • Drying time 10–15 seconds at air speeds of up to 480 km/h.
  • HEPA filter as standard – filters pollen, dust mites, and fine dust from the blown air.
  • Very robust construction: 1.5 mm thick steel casing, tamper-proof cover screws, IR sensor behind polycarbonate viewing window – vandal-resistant.
  • 400 W heating element can be switched on separately – deactivated by default.
  • Optionally available with plug-in kit (code KTP009) – allows quick assembly and disassembly without tools, simplifies maintenance, and reduces service costs.
  • 60-second safety cut-off.
  • Protection class IP23 – splash-proof.
  • 4 surfaces from stock: Matte white, matte black, brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel.

Limitations

  • Volume 67–74 dB – louder than warm air dryers.
  • Casing is steel, not stainless steel – in humid environments, ensure coating integrity (white/black) or choose the stainless steel variant.

What warranty periods are granted?

In the event of damage or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period, we will carefully examine the issue and, if the claim is justified, promptly arrange for a product replacement. Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the item.

Generally, wear parts (such as soap pumps or cartridges) are excluded from the warranty.

For prompt processing of your request, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly. Please have the exact product name and, if possible, the corresponding invoice or delivery note number ready.

Are you not satisfied with the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Please note that spare parts and consumables such as changing mats are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.

How fast is shipping?

Your order is important to us. Many of our products are available directly from our warehouse in Fällanden and will be ready for shipping within 1-2 working days.
