The Ophardt IMP E E Touchless (1000 ml)is a touchless sensor dispenser made of brushed stainless steel for soaps, lotions, and hand disinfectants – for maximum hygiene in high-traffic or particularly sensitive areas such as operating rooms and entrance areas.

Advantages

  • Touchless sensor activation – no hand contact surface, reduces germ transmission.
  • Autoclavable stainless steel pump – sterilizable for the highest hygiene requirements.
  • Adjustable dosage (0.75–1.5 ml/stroke) – adapts to product and consumption.
  • Suitable for 1000 ml standard Euro bottles – no proprietary cartridges.
  • Incl. empty bottle for easy refilling.
  • Also available as a more compact 500 ml version: 500 ml.

Limitations

  • Battery-operated (5x Alkaline D, included) – no mains connection.
  • Housing itself is not dishwasher-safe or autoclavable (only the pump).

What warranty periods are granted?

In the event of damage or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period, we will carefully examine the issue and, if the claim is justified, promptly arrange for a product replacement. Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the item.

Generally, wear parts (such as soap pumps or cartridges) are excluded from the warranty.

For prompt processing of your request, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly. Please have the exact product name and, if possible, the corresponding invoice or delivery note number ready.

Are you not satisfied with the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Please note that spare parts and consumables such as changing mats are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.

How fast is shipping?

Your order is important to us. Many of our products are available directly from our warehouse in Fällanden and will be ready for shipping within 1-2 working days. After dispatch by our logistics partners, delivery usually reaches you within 1-2 working days. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and any delays.
