Description

• The surface-mounted paper towel dispenser holds and dispenses one standard paper roll 200 or 230mm wide and up to 244m long with a diameter of up to 220mm, and a stub roll with a diameter of up to 100mm.
• The automatic transfer mechanism dispenses towels from the stub roll before starting a new roll.
• The lever-operated unit can be set to a pre-set towel length of 64, 102 or 127mm.
• The towel dispensing slot must be smooth and burr-free to ensure smooth dispensing and user safety.
• Compact, robust, and vandal-resistant design.
• Suitable for communal facilities. Can be installed in hospitals, nursing homes, offices, production facilities, kitchens, catering establishments, etc.

The Mediclinics DTP025CSis an AISI 304 stainless steel roll paper towel dispenser with lever operation – for rolls up to Ø 220 mm, adjustable dispensing length, a version in satin stainless steel.

What warranty periods are granted?

In the event of damage or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period, we will carefully examine the issue and, if the claim is justified, promptly arrange for a product replacement. Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the item.

Generally, wear parts (such as soap pumps or cartridges) are excluded from the warranty.

For prompt processing of your request, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly. Please have the exact product name and, if possible, the corresponding invoice or delivery note number ready.

Are you not satisfied with the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Please note that spare parts and consumables such as changing mats are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.
