The Sanela SLZM 22 series back supports are specifically designed for barrier-free sanitary facilities and
provide additional safety and comfort for individuals with limited mobility.
The series includes three different surface finishes for optimal coordination with the respective room design:
polished stainless steel (SLZM 22), matte brushed stainless steel (SLZM 22X), and white powder-coated
steel (SLZM 22W).
All models feature an ergonomically shaped backrest made of black polyurethane, which offers comfortable
support and is particularly easy to clean and hygienic.
The robust tubular construction with a diameter of 32 mm ensures high load-bearing capacity and durability
even with intensive use in public or medical facilities.
Thanks to the concealed fastening points on the mounting flanges, a clean appearance is achieved, which
also offers effective protection against unauthorized disassembly and vandalism.
With a standard width of 700 mm, these back supports are ideal for installation behind toilet facilities in
hospitals, nursing homes, and accessible toilets in public buildings.
The corrosion-resistant materials guarantee a permanently appealing appearance and meet the high demands
for hygiene and safety in modern sanitary facilities.

What warranty periods are granted?

In the event of damage or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period, we will carefully examine the issue and, if the claim is justified, promptly arrange for a product replacement. Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the item.

Generally, wear parts (such as soap pumps or cartridges) are excluded from the warranty.

For prompt processing of your request, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly. Please have the exact product name and, if possible, the corresponding invoice or delivery note number ready.

Are you not satisfied with the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Please note that spare parts and consumables such as changing mats are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.

How fast is shipping?

Your order is important to us. Many of our products are available directly from our warehouse in Fällanden and will be ready for shipping within 1-2 working days.
