Description

The classic – our stainless steel soap dispenser for surface mounting. The surface has a matte finish. The dispenser is suitable for standard commercial soaps, allowing you to remain independent of the supplier. The wall mounting is concealed. The refill opening is located at the top and is opened with a special key.

MATERIAL:
Container – Stainless steel 1.4401, 1.0 mm thick, matte finish. Drawn, seamless, one-piece construction. 0.8 mm stainless steel back panel with 1.0 mm stainless steel wall bracket. Container body and back panel are epoxy-sealed. Polycarbonate level indicator. Capacity 1.2 liters. Black molded plastic push-button valve. Soap dispenser head with capsule valve. Stainless steel spring. With gasket and end cap.

OPERATION:
Pressing the valve button releases a specific amount of liquid soap, lotion, or cleaning agent. The valve can be operated with one hand and requires less than 22.2 N of force to meet disability guidelines (including ADAAG in the USA). The sight glass indicates the fill level. The top lid, which can be locked with a Bobrick universal key, flips upwards for refilling.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
The surface-mounted soap dispenser is made of 1.4401 stainless steel with a matte finish. It features a corrosion-resistant valve suitable for thick to thin liquid soaps, lotions, and synthetic cleaning agents. The valve requires less than 22.2 N of force to operate, meeting accessibility guidelines for people with disabilities (including ADAAG in the USA). The front of the dispenser is curved and its corners and edges are designed to match the CONTURA series. The dispenser body and back panel are sealed with an epoxy gasket. The soap dispenser has concealed mounting hardware. The lockable, hinged stainless steel lid, for top refilling, is opened with a special key. Capacity: 1.2 liters.

The Bobrick B-4112 Contura Seriesis a manual soap dispenser made of AISI 316 stainless steel, 1.2 liters – the saltwater-resistant version of the Contura line, for indoor pools, swimming pool facilities, and other environments with increased chloride or NaCl contact.

Advantages

  • AISI 316 stainless steel ("Marine Grade") – contains molybdenum, significantly more resistant to chlorides, saltwater, and NaCl-containing cleaning agents than AISI 304.
  • 1.2-liter capacity – sufficient for heavily frequented facilities.
  • Contura Series Design – slightly rounded front, matching other accessories in the Bobrick Contura line.
  • Pin tumbler lock with pin key – secured access.
  • Wall mounting, surface mounted.
  • Suitable soaps available from Armatron: MID-FRESH 7 cream soapand EXCLUSIV 10.5 cream soap.

Limitations

  • Pin tumbler lock: less vandal-resistant than cylinder lock.
  • Only available in matte stainless steel – no other finishes.
  • Higher price than AISI 304 models – for standard environments without NaCl contact, there are cheaper alternatives in the range.

What warranty periods are granted?

In the event of damage or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period, we will carefully examine the issue and, if the claim is justified, promptly arrange for a product replacement. Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the item.

Generally, wear parts (such as soap pumps or cartridges) are excluded from the warranty.

For prompt processing of your request, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly. Please have the exact product name and, if possible, the corresponding invoice or delivery note number ready.

Are you not satisfied with the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Please note that spare parts and consumables such as changing mats are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.
