The SANELA SLWN 04-XWis a variant of the SLWN 04 for rear-wall mounting – the cistern and supply lines are made accessible from behind, for example, through a service room. The toilet itself is wall-hung, of the same quality as the standard model: AISI 304 stainless steel, satin-finished, polyurethane-reinforced, vandal-resistant.

Advantages

  • AISI 304 stainless steel, satin-finished – robust, hygienic, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean.
  • Polyurethane reinforcement inside – prevents dents and dampens metal noises.
  • Vandal-resistant design – solid steel sheet, no ceramic parts susceptible to breakage.
  • Rear-wall mounting – cistern and supply lines accessible from behind (e.g., service room), clean appearance.
  • Cover plugs for seat mounting holes included.

Limitations

  • Cistern or flush valve provided by the customer – not included in the scope of delivery.
  • For accessible toilet facilities: SLWN 11(extended version for wheelchair-accessible toilets) available.

What warranty periods are granted?

In the event of damage or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period, we will carefully examine the issue and, if the claim is justified, promptly arrange for a product replacement. Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the item.

Generally, wear parts (such as soap pumps or cartridges) are excluded from the warranty.

For prompt processing of your request, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly. Please have the exact product name and, if possible, the corresponding invoice or delivery note number ready.

Are you not satisfied with the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Please note that spare parts and consumables such as changing mats are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.

How fast is shipping?

Your order is important to us. Many of our products are available directly from our warehouse in Fällanden and will be ready for shipping within 1-2 working days. After dispatch by our logistics partners, delivery usually reaches you within 1-2 working days. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and any delays.
