The round snap flange, which covers and secures the back plate.

The Genwec AGW-05760407is a toilet roll holder made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 2.5 mm thick, in brushed matte gold – with a concealed wall plate for a particularly clean, discreet installation.

What warranty periods are granted?

In the event of damage or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period, we will carefully examine the issue and, if the claim is justified, promptly arrange for a product replacement. Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the item.

Are you not satisfied with the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Please note that spare parts and consumables such as changing mats are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.
