Description

Use:
Insert the diaper into the opening from the top.
By simply turning the head section, the diaper falls into the garbage bag.
Complete!

Removing the bag:
Unlock the top section and open the bucket along with the bag retaining ring. The bag will then be pulled up to seal in the odor.
Press the bag closed with one hand and unlock the bag retaining ring with the other hand.

What warranty periods are granted?

In the event of damage or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period, we will carefully examine the issue and, if the claim is justified, promptly arrange for a product replacement. Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the item.

Generally, wear parts (such as soap pumps or cartridges) are excluded from the warranty.

For prompt processing of your request, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly. Please have the exact product name and, if possible, the corresponding invoice or delivery note number ready.

Are you not satisfied with the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Please note that spare parts and consumables such as changing mats are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.

How fast is shipping?

Your order is important to us. Many of our products are available directly from our warehouse in Fällanden and will be ready for shipping within 1-2 working days.
