Shipping costs & payment

Our shipping partner for parcels is DHL Switzerland.

The stated shipping costs apply exclusively to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries abroad cannot be made via the shop at the moment. If you would like a delivery abroad, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Delivery times:

We have a large stock - nevertheless, it may be that we cannot deliver a product immediately. We will actively inform you about delivery delays and delivery dates. After handing over the package to our shipping partner, you will receive the goods within the following 1-2 working days.

Payment:

Legal entities as well as registered organisations (e.g. public sector organisations) may purchase the goods on account. The payment period (unless otherwise agreed) is 30 days (strictly net) from the invoice date.

All prices quoted are in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude VAT.
