Shipping costs & payment
Our shipping partner for parcels is DHL Switzerland.
The stated shipping costs apply exclusively to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries abroad cannot currently be made via the shop. If you would like a delivery abroad, we look forward to hearing from you.

Delivery times:
We have a large stock - but it may still be the case that we are unable to deliver a product immediately. We will actively inform you about delivery delays and delivery dates. Once the parcel has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive the goods within the following 1-2 working days.

Payment:
Legal entities and registered organisations (e.g. public sector organisations) may purchase goods on account. Unless otherwise agreed, the payment period is 30 days (strictly net) from the invoice date.
All prices quoted are in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude VAT.
